Glenorchy City Council extends from the New Town Rivulet in the south (on the boundary with Hobart City Council) and extends north through residential and industrial areas to Granton, near the Bridgewater Bridge.
The Glenorchy Cycling Infrastructure Plan was adopted on 30 June 2025.
