Commuter Course

About the course

The course caters for all skill levels but covers the basics too as many experienced riders have poor habits they’ve developed over the years. The majority of the course is focused on traffic skills with a mixture of theory and riding. The morning involves a mixture of theory and practical skill sessions. The afternoon is focused on riding in traffic and includes cycling a route where a range of traffic conditions and potential hazards will be encountered. It is a full-day course from 9am to 5pm with a break for lunch.
